Effective date: 5 November 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android app Usage Meter for Grok (package ch.castellon.grok.usage, “the App”). The App is provided by Antonio Castellon, trading as Castellon.CH, Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Usage Meter for Grok is an unofficial Android helper that shows usage figures from your Grok dashboard after you sign in. It reads the percentages and related text that the official dashboard already shows you, and can show them on the main screen, in an optional notification, and in home-screen widgets.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI. “Grok” and “xAI” are trademarks of their respective owners. The App does not sell xAI access and does not change your xAI plan or billing.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer (except where mandatory law allows), redistribute, rent, or sublicense the App, or remove any notices from it.
Sign-in opens xAI’s own pages (for example grok.com / accounts.x.ai) inside the App. You sign in with your xAI account under xAI’s terms. The App does not ask you to type a password into a form of its own. Links to billing or invoices open on grok.com in your browser.
Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them. If xAI changes its dashboard, sign-in, or pages, the App may show incomplete data or stop working until we adapt it.
The App is free to download from Google Play. We do not show ads in the App. Any subscription or usage cost for Grok is between you and xAI.
How the App handles information is described in the Privacy Policy: https://www.castellon.ch/grok-usage.privacy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may change these Terms by publishing a new version at this URL and updating the effective date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law. We do not warrant that usage figures will always match xAI’s servers in real time or that the App will keep working if xAI changes its site.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or from third-party services it relies on. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to CHF 0 (zero), because the App is free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Swiss law (for example for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is void).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or signing out. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Biel/Bienne (Bienne), Canton of Bern, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live give you the right to sue in another court.
